Grief can be incredibly quiet. You might go about your day, smiling when you need to, showing up where you are expected, while inside your heart still aches. People may assume you are fine. They might stop checking in. Life goes on around you, and it can feel like your pain is invisible.
That invisibility can be painful in itself. It may leave you feeling forgotten or alone.
But you are not forgotten. You are fully seen by the One who knows you better than anyone else.
“The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right. His ears are open to their cries for help.” Psalm 34:15 (NLT)
God sees what others miss. He sees the tears you cry when no one is looking. He sees the effort it takes just to get through the day. He sees your heart still holding love and your spirit still trying to hope.
You do not have to explain yourself to Him. You do not have to prove that your grief is real. He knows. He notices. And He stays close.
It is okay to speak up if you need support. It is okay to say that you are not okay. But even if no one else responds, remember that God always does. He is present in your silence. He is listening to what your heart cannot say.
Today, if you feel unseen or unheard, let this truth settle in your soul. God notices. God cares. And God holds you with tenderness that does not fade when others forget.
You are not alone. You are not invisible. You are deeply known.
