He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.  Galatians 3:14 NIV

 

Like beams of light from the cross, so is Jesus’ death to the world. God chose the Jews, to carry the light of salvation to the world. The nation became exclusive, and the majority eventually rejected the Messiah. John 3:16 tells us “God so loved the world…” He loves every person, not just the Jews. His salvation is offered to every nationality, culture, colour, and language group in the world. Jesus death opens the door to forgiveness, his Holy Spirit in our lives and all the blessings given to Abraham and beyond. No matter who you are, you are precious to Jesus. He longs to pour his Spirit into your heart, to surround you with his presence and bless you abundantly. Open you heart today!
