As I have aged it is much easier to look back over my path through life and marvel at how good God has been to me over the years. Being born into a war zone between good and evil is dangerous, learning about yourself is challenging, navigating relationships demanding, surviving your own bad decisions formidable, bringing up children exacting and exciting, succeeding at work stimulating, and growing in God both stretching and inspiring. Through every phase of life, in every trouble, in moments of joy I see the loving hand of God. He brings good out of bad, comforts us in sorrow, shines a light into our darkness, directs our path, delivers us from harm, and has promised to never leave us or forsake us. What a wonderful and loving God. You will never be disappointed if you put your hope in the Living God and seek him only.
