But if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:7 NET

We are born into the Shadowlands of sin and life is a struggle in the darkness. Walking at night is better done with a light. God has given us a light. It is his one and only Son Jesus. He is the light of the world. No one needs to walk in darkness when Jesus can show us the way to the Father. The Bible tells the story of that wonderful light. If we follow God’s word we will be saved and one day live in a land of light forever. You have no need to stumble about in the darkness, wondering why you were born and what your purpose is. No need to carry the sorrows and burdens of this world alone, when Jesus has purchased you with his blood and offers to carry your load and walk beside you to the journey’s end.
