Brainwashed by advertising, fashion hype and the unrealistic movie and celebrity world, people long to be beautiful, young, sexy and glamourous. Yet no matter how much energy is exerted, and money expended, everyone ages and dies eventually. And here, it is well to remember, that man might look at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. He is not interested in extreme makeovers but in extreme remakes. When we accept Jesus into our hearts, we become a new creation. Not a patched-up job but a total renewal. His work is in transforming the heart and mind. The person remade by the Spirit of God is beautiful. Their character is gradually regenerated and changed into the image of God, full of love, kindness and goodness. You can have that remake right now. You only have to ask.
