Whether you turn to the right or the left your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, “This is the way, walk in it.”  Isaiah 30:21

After doing her shopping my Mother pulled her Mini up at the red light awaiting her turn to cross the busy highway intersection into her road on the other side. The lights turned green and Mum began to move when she heard a voice say, “Turn right!”  Immediately she turned right onto the highway. At that very moment a car hurtled through the red light missed mum’s car by millimetres and careened up the highway at great speed. Undoubtedly, God saved my Mum’s life that day. In Isa 30:21 God promises that we will hear a voice directing us; maybe an audible voice, to our mind, through the word of God, from Godly friends or the preaching of the word. If you want to know the way to go, be listening for the Lord’s voice, for he will direct you.
