When I was about 12 I read a story about a man living in India, who had a pet tiger. People warned him that it was still a wild animal, no matter how tame and friendly it seemed. The tiger however, was so gentle and docile that the man scoffed at the warnings. One day he grazed his knee while playing tennis. He thought little of it and was soon relaxing in a deck chair when the pet tiger came up to nuzzle him. The tiger was licking him when he discovered the blood on the man. Soon instead of licking he began biting. No matter how much he tried, the man could not get the tiger to stop. He urgently called for help and was rescued. There will be a complete transformation in both animals and human beings when Jesus returns. There will be perfect harmony in the earth made new. What a wonderful day that will be.
