Living a fulfilled life is much like building a house. First, you need a strong and solid foundation, then the house will be stable and enduring in all weather. Our lives need a solid foundation too, but instead of finding standards of truth and right, this world offers only a tumultuous sea of opinions, ideologies, theories and conspiracy theories to believe. People are being swept away in the media flood. Yet, there is stability for all who believe in God. Jesus came to show us truth. The disciples saw, believed and were blessed. That blessing is still available to anyone who believes in Jesus. He is the source of all truth. He is the solid rock to build a life on. He is the refuge in the storms of life. Don’t be swept away – just believe!
