The First Resurrection
Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection… Revelation 20:6 NIV
The Bible has much to say about the end of time and what will occur when Jesus comes. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 NIV We need to be a part of the first resurrection, for at that time Jesus will redeem from the earth all who love him. He will not walk on this earth, but we will meet him in the clouds. We will abide with God forever more. A place of unparalleled happiness and delight. I pray that you will keep believing and keep trusting, for the Saviour loves you and wants you to dwell with him in heaven.
