I take great comfort in the fact that our Father in Heaven loved us and knew us before we were born. Whether you were wanted by your parents or not, be assured that you are of infinite worth to God. He wants you. He has been interested in your life even before you were formed. Matthew 10:29-31 says, Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. If God is interested in how many hairs are on your head, then he most definitely cares about all that troubles your heart. Your life matters to God. Whatever sorrows you bear, difficulties you face or anxiety that troubles your peace, take it to Jesus. He will help you. Nothing is too small and nothing too large for God to resolve. You can trust your life to his loving care.
